Faulhorn 2681m / Longest Sledging Run in the World / Big Pintenfritz / Jungfrau Region / SWISS 4K

15 kilometers of pure winter adrenaline! 🛷❄️ Join me as I tackle the legendary "Big Pintenfritz"—officially the longest sledging run in the world. Starting from the summit of Faulhorn (2,681 m), this epic 15 km toboggan route drops all the way down to the Grindelwald valley in the heart of the Jungfrau Region. To earn this ride, you first have to hike! We started from Grindelwald First, passing the stunningly beautiful (and frozen) Bachalpsee Lake on our way to the top. After a 2.5-hour winter ascent, the reward is an unforgettable downhill run through some of the most spectacular alpine scenery in the Swiss Alps. 📊 Route Details: 🏔️ Summit: Faulhorn (2,681 m). 🛷 Sledge Run: Big Pintenfritz (15 km total). 📍 Route: Grindelwald First – Bachalpsee – Faulhorn – Bussalp – Grindelwald. ⏱️ Hike: ~2.5 hours to the summit.
