There is NO cooler way to turn around at the skatepark on a BMX bike. In this BMX tutorial, I'm breaking down one of my favorite ways to change direction—a sliding 180-style turn where the entire bike slides down the ramp before you pivot and ride away. It looks sick, and once you understand the bike control behind it, you can start incorporating it into your normal skatepark lines and even add tricks to it. A freecoaster will make learning this MUCH easier, although it can also be done on a cassette.
