Two retrogrades in Scorpio at the same time can feel like the universe grabs your sleeve and says, “We are not skipping this conversation.” For October 18 through October 24, Venus retrograde and Mercury retrograde overlap in deep, fixed-water Scorpio, turning love, money, trust, and communication into one big review. If you’ve been trying to move on without actually processing, this is the week that brings the missing facts, the buried feelings, and the real motivation out into the open.  We walk through the headline transits and what they mean in everyday life. The Sun in Libra trines the North Node in Aquarius, a supportive signal for fate, clarity, and surprising insights about your direction. But the same day also holds Venus retrograde square Pluto, which can trigger power struggles and reveal where a relationship dynamic has stopped being healthy. If something feels intense, it might be because it is showing you exactly what needs to change.  Later in the week, the Sun enters Scorpio and meets retrograde Venus for a Venus cazimi, a rare reset point that can burn off what’s outdated and quietly recharge your values.
