Living in a turbulent world marked by constant change, we are confronted with birth, aging, sickness and death, alternating joy and suffering, which often trap us in anxiety and affliction. Master Shih De‑Jie from Jing Si Abode, Hualien will share insights from the Dharma and lived experience, guiding us to soften our minds through great love, heal inner wounds, and dissolve worldly conflicts. Great love is not only compassionate thought, but must also be put into daily action.
