Thacher Trail Half Marathon 2023 - My First Trail Race

Welcome to the Thacher Trail Running Festival 2023, I participated in the trail half marathon which consisted of a beautiful 13.1 miles over streams, single-track, mud, and roots... a lot of roots. I did not train specifically for this and didn't really have any expectations other than push it, survive, and smile at the finish line. Thankful to have checked every box and looking forward to getting back to some roads to test out the Asics Magic Speed 3 in the coming weeks.
