This is a deep healing meditation designed to help you shift trauma with light codes and light language infused. In this meditation walk on the path towards the highest version of yourself. If you find yourself in darkness there will always be light guiding you. You need just follow the healing path and face your shadows and the light shall shine through. Release what no longer serves you and release the burdens of the past.
