30th Aug 2026 Speaker Colin Moore

He Brought Me, He Delivered Me, He Delighted in Me Ps 18:19 In this sermon at LCC, Colin Moore opens up Psalm 18:19, where David declares, “He brought me forth also into a large place; he delivered me, because he delighted in me.” Drawing from David’s experience of being pursued by Saul and rescued by God, Colin explores three powerful truths: He Brought Me, He Delivered Me, and He Delighted in Me. The message reminds us that, just as David needed God to bring him from danger into a place of safety, we too are lost without God and need Jesus Christ to bring us to the Father. Colin then turns to the wonderful truth of God’s deliverance from sin and the astonishing reality that God delights in His people. Through Scripture, the sermon points us to the love, grace and mercy of God revealed in Jesus Christ, who gave everything for us. The message closes with a searching challenge: How much do I really love Jesus? Are we willing to give Him our lives, time, talents and all that we have? A challenging and encouraging message about God’s rescue, His love, and our response to Him. 0:00 Lead in 00:21 Teaching Time 02:00 Introduction 05:33 Outline of Message 06:29 1st point He Brought Me 14:26 2nd point He Delivered Me 21:55 3rd point He Delighted in me 35:43 Closing Hymn 36:25 Lead out 38:56 Closing Prayer
