Sierra has graduated from BedTyme some 4 months ago and has not thought about sleep much had no struggle. After a fire in her building at night, there has been some more trouble and she is experiencing what we call a speed bump. In this episode she share's her thoughts and we talk in general about how this is a very normal occurrence, and how to meet what feels like a step backwards.
