Here's My Real Pre-Exam Night Routine
The night before a CA exam, self-doubt hits hard, no matter how well you've actually prepared. In this video, I share the two things I always do the night before an exam to walk in calm and confident instead of anxious.
First, I go back through my own working notes, practice notebooks, and solved problems from the last 2-3 months of preparation. Seeing your own hard work in front of you is real evidence that you haven't wasted your time, and it's often the fastest way to quiet pre-exam doubt.
Second, I protect 7-8 hours of sleep, no exceptions. A lot of students try to "borrow" an extra hour or two from sleep in the final week, thinking every extra minute of studying will translate into marks. I explain why that trade-off backfires, especially for a memory-based exam like CA, where your brain needs proper rest to retrieve what you've already learned. I also talk about why sleeping within your natural circadian rhythm, and specifically getting rest during the 10 PM to 2 AM window, matters more than most students realize.
In this video, you'll learn:
Why reviewing your own preparation is the fastest way to fight pre-exam self-doubt
Why sacrificing sleep for extra study hours usually backfires
The science-backed reason the 10 PM–2 AM sleep window matters
A simple, repeatable night-before-exam routine you can start using immediately
Whether you're preparing for CA Inter, CA Final, or any other memory-intensive competitive exam, this routine applies to your very next attempt.
