Basic Hands on Assists for Yoga Teachers

This workshop is intended to support 200 hour yoga teachers/instructors in basic hands on assists for their students. While the recording is 28 minutes long is will likely take you 90 minutes to practice all of the assists with a partner. Use the assists outlined in this video at your own risks. As a yoga instructor you should have liability insurance and always ask students permission before giving hands on assists/adjustments.
