This is the perfect itinerary for 4 relaxing days visiting Santa Fe, New Mexico, full of hiking, relaxing in nature, and a ton of food local to New Mexico. We spent time exploring the city to find our favorite local vegetarian dishes, plus a day at Ojo Santa Fe Spa and Resort and Bandelier National Monument. Santa Fe is a magical city that is absolutely worth a long weekend trip, or more if you have the time. ------------- Welcome to The Votana Garden, where we’re documenting our new lifestyle traveling full-time in a 21 foot travel trailer while exploring the U.S. to find where we want to move next. Our goal is to eventually build our dream homestead and food forest, a space centered around gardening, growing food and medicinal plants, and a slower, more sustainable way of living. While we travel, we’re learning more about local plants, pollinators, gardening practices, and more. We share the reality of full-time RV living with our cat and dog, what it’s like the living in a tiny space, and the peaceful moments we find in nature. ------------- Music courtesy of Epidemic Sound ------------- Chapters: 0:00 - Initial thoughts on Santa Fe 0:26 - Santa Fe Farmers Market 1:26 - Farmers Market Haul 3:01 - Spa Day at Ojo Santa Fe Spa 5:30 - Kakawa Chocolate House 5:44 - Lunch in Santa Fe 6:05 - Too Good To Go 6:59 - Regrowing Spring Onions 7:55 - Roasted Chile Peppers 9:12 - Evening Soak at Ojo Santa Fe 10:02 - Santa Fe Plaza & Downtown 10:39 - The Shed 11:16 - Scenic Drive in Santa Fe National Forest 12:28 - Bandelier National Monument 13:37 - Alcove House at Bandelier 15:25 - Final Thoughts on Santa Fe
