It follows real service dependencies to find the blast radius, forms competing hypotheses and ranks them with supporting and contradicting evidence, remembers every incident *and whether the fix actually worked*, coordinates through a shared graph, answers "what if X had failed instead?", and shows the exact subgraph path, nodes, and Cypher behind every answer.
