In this installation video, we replace the factory Can-Am Maverick R bulkhead with the CA Tech USA OEM Style Replacement Bulkhead. The video covers disconnecting the sway bar links, bumper, winch, tow hook, and factory bulkhead; transferring the necessary OEM components; and installing the new bulkhead assembly. Built from 3/16" HRPO steel, this heavy-duty replacement maintains the factory mounting locations for plastics and associated hardware. Side attachment points allow compatible bumpers to mount directly to the bulkhead without frame modifications. For OEM trailing arms, position the wide end downward. CA Tech USA trailing arms require the wide end at the top. Having a second person available can make aligning the completed bulkhead assembly and mounting locations easier.
