My Journal Has No Rules (And That's the System)

I used to think journaling had to look a certain way to count. Turns out chasing that almost made me quit. This is the last piece of my system, the daily journal, and everything I had to unlearn to actually stick with it. No prompts, no habit trackers, no separate notebook for every mood.
