First Mediterranean-Style Holiday Home in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu by Xate Haus | (Home Tour)

New Dawn is the first Mediterranean-style holiday home in Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu. Nestled in the quiet village of Kumarapuram, is designed as a place for a family to reconnect with their roots and spend time together. Shaped by the family's deep connection to their hometown, the home is envisioned as a retreat for festive gatherings, visits during church celebrations, and moments shared across generations. Drawing inspiration from Mediterranean architecture, the residence brings together warm earthy tones, textured surfaces, distinctive arches and thoughtfully proportioned spaces to create a character that feels both relaxed and timeless. · Project: New Dawn by Xate Haus · Location: Kumarapuram, Thoothukudi (Tuticorin), Tamil Nadu · Typology: Holiday Home · Architecture: Mediterranean Contact us: Whatsapp +91 9940618055 Email: jerwin@xatehaus.com Follow on: Instagram:   / xate_haus   Website: https://www.xatehaus.com/ Linkedin:   / xate-haus   Whatsapp +91 9940618055 Email: jerwin@xatehaus.com About Xate Haus Xate Haus is an architecture and design studio focused on sustainable and mindful architecture, creating spaces with a distinctive design approach.
