No technical experience is needed. About the Presenter: Karla Fitch began her career as a Technical Communications professional before moving into the nonprofit world. She holds masters degrees in Technical & Scientific Communication and Social Work and is a licensed social worker. Karla is passionate about disability advocacy and has worked to improve access in nonprofits, libraries, schools and other organizations across Northeast Ohio.
