Chumphon to Bangkok — Hitchhiking Across Thailand 🇹🇭 I started this journey from Chumphon at around 3 AM, heading towards Bangkok. After travelling through the night, I reached an uncle’s home around noon, where a local family welcomed me and hosted me for the day. I spent the day eating, working on my laptop, resting and exploring the area with them. The next morning, things got even more interesting. Their driver picked me up and dropped me around 260–270 KM further ahead on my journey. 🚗 By the end of the day, I had covered around 270 KM, but there was one big problem — I couldn’t find an affordable place to stay. Hotels were too expensive, so I asked a local if I could spend the night at their warehouse. They allowed me to stay there, protected from the rain. But when the warehouse closed around 2 AM, they dropped me at a petrol station.
