They serve Cantonese cuisine with a wide variety of seafood. Their roast goose is a signature dish - we tried it and it was delicious, with crispy, thin skin and tender meat. The geese are roasted at the entrance for everyone to see, using lychee wood for the fire. Another dish I enjoyed was the roast pigeon; it was juicy inside with crispy skin. Their fried fish was very good as well. As for the signature pineapple bun, although it's large and filled with pineapple meat, I personally didn't care for it - especially the custard filling. The service is good and helpful. There's a restroom inside the restaurant, and it's wheelchair accessible. Parking is available outside Beishan Courtyard (北山大院). The live seafood is quite expensive, but dishes ordered from the menu are more reasonably priced. Overall, the food tastes great and offers excellent value for money. We'll definitely come back to try other dishes on the menu.
