Cherry Fudge Cookies With Bonus Chewier Triple Chocolate Chunk Cookies Turning a frown upside down led a mistake made in hurrying into one of the most astonishing cookies I've ever tried. Is it fudge? Is it a cookie? It's both, a life-changing cookie with the texture of old-fashioned fudge and a taste that will leave you coming back for more. And as a bonus, we take the Chewy Chocolate Chunk cookie to a whole new level with two small changes that make it a whole new experience! If you're only going to make one cookie, the Cherry Fudge Cookie is it. Thanksgiving, Christmas, whatever you might be celebrating, your guests will thank you for this one and leave you thankful that they are way less work than they taste like they should be! Try them today! To bake along and make these amazing cookies at home, you'll need: 250g (1.95 cups) Bob's Red Mill 00 Flour (other brands may need adjustment for weight). 45g (~1/3 cup) Powdered sugar 216g (~1 & 3/4 cups) Dark brown sugar 2 Sticks unsalted butter 1 Large egg 1 Large egg yolk 42g (2 tbsp) Molasses 5g (1 tsp) Baking Soda 6g kosher salt or large crystal salt, volume vastly varied by grind, mine was just over 1 tbsp 1 tbsp vanilla (I used paste, good pure extract works too) 600g milk chocolate (your volume will vary depending on what you use. This is most of a bag of morsels, or 6 100g bars). 12-16oz. Dried tart cherries (sweetened is okay) If you are after the Chewier Triple Chocolate, leave out the cherries (or don't... have fun!), and use about 200g each milk, dark, and white chocolate. For information on these, the process is identical to the previous version, so note the reduced flour content and chocolate info here, then head on over to the original video at:    • MAJOR Mistake, on MY OWN Recipe!! Caramel ...
