HYROX MANCHESTER EP6

You’re in for a treat this week! Some serious content from my trip to Hyrox Manchester. Getting to be on the other side of the fence supporting instead of racing was so much fun! A very relaxed week of training with a slight ankle issue, but be sure I’ll be getting back to some running next week (hopefully!) Question of the week for you: if you were a paper what would you be? (I said info leaflet) Drop a comment and don’t forget to like and subscribe #cycling #hybrid #hyrox #running #triathlon #sendit #swimming #vlog
