Kona Low Storm in South Maui

Kīhei in South Maui was pummeled by heavy rains, flooding and high winds on March 13 and 14. Rainwater mixed with dirt and debris poured down from the mountains and into the ocean, turning the nearshore waters brown and making parts of South Kīhei Road impassable. Roads were damaged and there will be a big mess to clean up.
