Stop Losing Focus: Two hours of focused instrumental music with a beta layer at 18 Hz underneath, for deep work and sustained attention. The layer is an isochronic tone, a single tone pulsing at an exact rate, so it works on speakers as well as headphones. Every value in this session is measured on the finished file and listed below.
Use this deep work music for focused work blocks, studying and clearing your to-do list. The beta waves sit under steady instrumental music, made as focus music, concentration music and productivity music for deep focus and long study sessions.
Good for: stop losing focus · improve focus · attention music · focus music · work music · productivity music · deep focus

HOW THIS WAS MADE
The music is composed first and mixed to leave the 90–450 Hz range clear. The frequency layer is then generated and placed underneath with our own DSP tool, which measures the result and normalises the final file to −14 LUFS integrated.
ABOUT THIS TECHNIQUE
Isochronic tones are a single tone switched on and off at an exact, steady rate. The pulse is in the audio itself, so it works on speakers as well as headphones. Our gating uses soft ramps, so it pulses rather than clicks.
