I poured the whipped egg whites over the yolks, covered the pan, and let everything cook together before folding it into a delicious meal. This simple egg dish is perfect for breakfast, a quick snack, or even dinner. I also made a simple tomato paste omelet. I loosened the tomato paste with a little water and fried it in oil, then added 2 eggs, salt, pepper, and a little bell pepper. My grandpa really loved this omelet!
