MANCHESTER MARATHON 2022 VLOG

In this episode of The Wu, I'm running the Therme Manchester Marathon 2022. I had been training for this race to 1) hit a PB (sub 3:15:00) and 2) aim for as close to 3hrs as possible to set me up with confidence to break sub 3 in the autumn.
