Auction Day at Larkin Oaks… Then Things Went Sideways

Welcome back to Larkin Oaks! In this episode, Bobby and Ashley take you along to an auction for the first time on the channel to see what they can find for Larkin Oaks. With the Quonset hut finally cleaned out, it’s time to start stocking it back up with useful tools, equipment, and whatever else looks like a good fit for the property. After bringing the auction finds back to Larkin Oaks, Bobby gets back to work around the property. Everything is going pretty well… until the mower finds something hiding in the grass. A metal chain gets caught in the blades and snaps the mower belt, bringing the job to an unexpected stop. Before calling it a night, Bobby and Ashley take a look at another heavily overgrown section of the property — giving us yet another project to add to the Larkin Oaks list. From auctions and new equipment to broken belts and overgrown land, there’s always something going on around here. If you’re enjoying the journey, subscribe and follow along as we continue rehabilitating the old house, improving the buildings, clearing the land, and bringing Larkin Oaks back to life one project at a time.
