Exclusive: “Canadian Pacific” steams and moves at Watercress Line: first time in 17 years

The Watercress Line invited Steam Railway Magazine’s Tim Dunn to observe the loco’s long awaited boiler inspection - normally conducted away from the media - and Tim gets behind the scenes footage of the tests, as well as footage from its first moves in 17 years the next morning.
