Chico The Shot Caller | Chico's Story: Part 2 | Wax and Fire | Official Audio

CHICO THE SHOT CALLER continues Chico’s side of the Wax and Fire story. Fifteen years into a life sentence, Chico has become a name on the new yard. He has respect, pull, silence, fear, and the kind of weight that makes younger men pay attention. But this chapter is not really about power. It is about the cost of being feared. The title sounds strong, but the song slowly reveals the truth underneath it. The yard has a king, but the king is still locked up. The name gave him status, but it also became a beautiful chain. This is Chico before the call. Before the breakdown. Before the prayer at 3AM. Before the Bible in his hand. Latin rhythm, Chicano rap, prison-yard politics, and a lead guitar that says what Chico refuses to admit out loud.
