Becoming Whole This dance was created with the intention to dance for those who have been shamed and suppressed of the freedom to creatively express through their bodies. Whether that was sexual shame, religious shame, or any other form of oppression that has inhibited one from moving freely within their body. May this piece of art be a remembrance and a reclamation of what it means to live in harmony with the Earth, the body, the mind and the heart. What does this piece of art invoke in you?
