It's 7pm and it's pitch black. No electricity. No running water. No toilet. We've been living like this for 3 months on a remote island in Indonesia while building our home. In this video we show you everything. What a full day actually looks like when you're living off-grid without power. How we shower, how we cook, how we work remotely from a cliff, and yes... how we deal with the toilet situation. We bought a beautiful oceanfront cliff on one of Indonesia's most remote islands. The first builder we hired was the most expensive mistake of our lives. His house had to be torn down. Now we're starting over, living on site in a wooden hut while we wait for permits and rebuild with a local builder we trust. Our entire day revolves around one thing: getting everything done before the sun goes down. Because once it's gone, life gets very real very fast.
