(BG3) "the burst window"

Questions about "the burst window" were one of the most common DMs I got; hopefully this clears up those questions. Notes: Nightmare Modlist is not the same as the standalone Nightmare Mod, they can actually be used together. No, 2H Lockadin is not the best burst damage build out there, if the only metric is actual damage. But despite the insane numbers in this video, damage is not the only thing you need. 85% of the setup for a window is the same between burst builds due to heavy gear overlap, and similar damage amplifiers being used. Some things may be a bit different though, i.e. Brace for bows, HM for TB Throw, etc. Arcane Charge is a condition itself and will proc Arcane Synergy, but the boots wont always be available. Bloodlust elixir is only a good option if you have weak enemies (like the bhaal cultists) to actually proc it on; not every fight has this Nightmare Modlist Core Mods: Immersive AI Lethal AI Stronger Bosses Enemies Enhanced Tactician Plus OR Nightmare Mod Standalone These 5 are the core mods you need. I also highly recommend a spell/rules rebalance mod, such as Kombat Overhaul. QOL reducing mods such as pickpocketing and long rest tweaks are great as well. General Settings(good for everyone): (T+ or NM Standalone): 100-200% HP, +3/4 flat stats Stronger Bosses latest common file My settings: (T+ or NM Standalone): 300% HP, scaling stats Stronger Bosses pre-nerf file, +flat (if you don't have the original pre-nerf, the file below should work) UPDATE, PATCH 4 JUST RELEASED; modded Orin, Raphael & Cazador all are slightly broken ATM. All of them are still crazy hard, but some spells/mechanics/stat scaling is either undertuned or not working.
