Count Arthur Strong - The Day the Clocks Went Back | BBC Radio Comedy

🎬 Welcome to the Chaotic World of Count Arthur Strong! Are you ready for some classic British comedy gold? In this video, we’re diving deep into the wonderfully eccentric, hilariously confusing world of Count Arthur Strong—one of the most underrated gems of British sitcom history! 🌟 What is Count Arthur Strong? Created by Steve Delaney and co-written by The Line of Beauty's Graham Linehan, the show follows the daily misadventures of Count Arthur Strong, a faded variety star who lives in a world entirely of his own making. With his unique knack for twisting words, catastrophic memory lapses, and an ability to turn a simple trip to the cafe into an absolute disaster, Arthur is a comedic force of nature. Alongside Michael (played by the brilliant Rory Kinnear), the straight-faced son of Arthur's old comedy partner, the series delivers a perfect blend of old-school slapstick and razor-sharp dialogue. 📌 What We Cover in This Video: The Genius of Steve Delaney: How a radio character successfully transitioned into a TV icon.
