Balendra Shah, Nepal’s Prime Minister while addressing the General Debate of the UN General Assembly’s 81st session on Thursday said,'Nepal contributes less than 0.1 percent of global greenhouse gas emission. We did not create this crisis, yet we are paying for it'. He also added,'Nepal cannot build resilience alone against a crisis made worse by the failure of global governance'.
