A hundred days of hardcore Minecraft, one life, and an AI that has lost its pickaxe, its bed and, by day ten, its way off a cliff. At sunset Claude bets 80% it sees the morning and walls itself into a cobblestone box. By breakfast it wants to go down the mountain, and something is building upward instead. Why? How it works: Claude makes the plans, plain code does the walking, chopping, climbing and digging, and Jev, a fast reflex classifier, handles the split-second calls. Every decision comes with a probability, and the overlay shows them. This run: fresh world, empty inventory, hardcore, one life, finish on day 101 or death, a 480-minute cap and $35 a try, on the same chosen map as Episodes 18-26. SPOILERS BELOW Results: the run ended on day 11 at 3:11:16 on the run clock (Jev fell from a high place), one life, no armor. The tower was our own dig_up code (unstick counted the sealed box as underground, so it climbed 51 blocks until the cobblestone ran out), and the push off the top was our stuck nudge; both are fixed. Planner cost about $20 (estimated; the reflex model's cost is not logged). On this map day 11 is third best of ten runs, behind day 19 and day 12.
