"Der Heimliche Aufmarsch" - German Socialist Song aka "The Socialist World Republic"

My channel is mostly about historical songs/folk songs/hymns/etc. Discord Server:   / discord   X Account: https://x.com/Finkov2789 In the 1920s, Germany’s left wing politics was dominated by rivalry between the reform-minded Social Democratic Party of Germany and the revolutionary Communist Party of Germany, both trying to shape the fragile democracy of the Weimar Republic. While socialists worked through parliament to expand workers’ rights and stabilize the economy, communists pushed for mass strikes and radical change inspired by the Russian Revolution, leading to street clashes, propaganda wars and a divided working class. Their inability to unite against rising extremism weakened the left as a whole; a fracture that quietly hinted at an even more turbulent future ahead. Also, if you look at the history behind the Weimar republic, it was actually VERY freakkyy. #germany #german #germanmusic #socialist #socialism #socialistparty #communism #patriotic #history #historysong #worldhistory #historical #patriotic #patrioticmusic #patrioticsong #music #military #militarymusic #translation #song #warsongs #folk #folkmusic #folksong #revolution #revolutionarymusic #revolutionary
