How to make nougat custard. An easy and step by step recipe. Calentamos a fuego suave, nunca deben hervir. Se sirven frías INGREDIENTS 1 liter of milk 150 g of sugar 250 g of nougat 2 tablespoons cornstarch Cinnamon Stick Almond crocanti PREPARATION First we heat the milk with cinnamon. When it is hot, we remove the cinnamon sticks from the milk. Add the nougat cut into small pieces. Stir well until completely dissolved. We can use a blender to dissolve the nougat well. We separate this cream. On the other hand we separate the yolks from the eggs and the whites. We add the sugar and beat well until the yolks are whitish. Add the cornstarch and beat well. Then we add the nougat cream little by little. We mix well. Now we will strain this mixture to a casserole so that the custard is made. We put the custard on fire We do not stop stirring so they do not burn. Heat over low heat, they should never boil. We will continue stirring until they wait. Once they begin to thicken, they are served immediately in glasses or bowl. They are covered with plastic wrap so they don't scab. They are stored in the fridge for 4 hours to cool. After the time they are decorated with biscuit, cocoa, cinnamon powder. I made it with crocanti. They are served cold
