What is a 1966 Oldsmobile 442 L69 Tri-Carb optioned car and why is it, so RARE Barn Find Rescue

Here is a update on the 1966 442 I just discovered. Hopefully you saw the last video of where and how I found it. I was very confident it was a original Tri-Carb L69 car even though it was missing some vital parts. I found the parts and I'm positive it's a real deal car.
