This is not a traditional AI or neural network. We hooked up the biological connectome of a fruit fly (Drosophila melanogaster - MaleCNS v1.0) with 12,260 reconstructed neurons and over 1.5 million synapses directly into the Half-Life GoldSrc engine. Using biophysical Leaky Integrate-and-Fire (LIF) on CUDA, Naka-Rushton photoreceptor kinetics, and descending optomotor motor neurons (DNp20, DNpe017, MDN), the virtual fly perceives the game viewport and navigates/fights in real-time through biologically grounded reflexes and dopaminergic STDP plasticity. #Neuroscience #Connectome #HalfLife #AI #Drosophila #Biophysics #gaming github:https://github.com/Yusuftmle/FlyBrain...
