SMASH OR PASS? Ancient Smithy Tomahawk!

The test, review, axe throwing and overall design features of the Ancient Smithy Tomahawk! Is it worth buying? What’s it good for? Can you even use this tomahawk for axe throwing? Yes….yes you can! One of the best tomahawks I’ve reviewed in 2026 this Ancient Smithy Tomahawk dealt great results and performance from the start but as the review progressed, this tomahawk just got better and better! The most unique and recognizable cutting edge designs, the Ancient Smithy Tomahawk offers a cutting edge but above that cutting edge is a spike which incorporates a cutting design with the ability of spike penetration all in one edge. The design of the weight and length made for a great feel in the hand and made quick work as it smashed into my axe throwing target. Honestly I think anyone would enjoy this Tomahawk. You could just like axes, hatchets and tomahawks. Maybe you enjoy hiking or camping. Bushcraft work or just outdoor activities. I think this Ancient Smithy tomahawk could bring something different to you in a very unique and cool looking way. Overall the steel was great, the edge retention was great, the rotation and the versatility of a throwing axe was there for me. It checked every box I would want checked for an all steel tomahawk. Fantasy weapon or an actual tool? I would say both really. I can see people hanging these tomahawks on their wall as decoration or using them as chopping, outdoor, axe throwing tomahawks. Ancient Smithy provided me one of the best tomahawks I’ve used and thrown this year. Hand forged, hand carved legendary artifacts as they say. I can’t want to test and review some more Ancient Smithy axes, hatchets or tomahawks in the future. So check them out if you want a Kratos axe from God of War, or maybe a viking axe you can add custom/personal engravings too. Or if you just want something unique that looks cool, fantasy feeling but you an actually use….they may be your next axe purchase. 🪓 If you love axe throwing! 🪓 Honest and in depth reviews on throwing axes! 🪓 Want to learn how to throw axes! 🪓 Learn a few tips and tricks on axe throwing! 🪓 How about some axe throwing entertainment!
