Lanterns Season 1 Review | This Show Was Terrible And Was Embarrassed By Its Own Lore!

Lanterns Season 1 Review : this show was a complete letdown. I break down why the series failed to live up to my expectations. I expected a faithful adaptation, but this Lanterns series ultimately feels like another misstep for the franchise. It is frustrating to see such a beloved property handled with so little care, and I analyze the specific narrative choices that make the show fall flat. My assessment looks at how the current DCU direction continues to alienate long-time fans who actually care about the lore. Instead of delivering the cosmic stakes we were promised, the show ignores the Green Lantern comics that made the brand famous.
