EPFO Pension : EPFO के Pensioners की बल्ले-बल्ले...बढ़ेगी पेंशन ! Hike | Employees | Claim | Update There remains an expectation of an increase in the minimum pension for millions of individuals receiving pensions under the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). Currently, those eligible under the Employees' Pension Scheme (EPS) receive a minimum monthly pension of ₹1,000. Pensioners have long been demanding an increase in this amount, arguing that it is difficult to manage household expenses on just ₹1,000 per month in the present day; therefore, the pension amount should be raised. This issue is likely to be discussed during the 240th meeting of the EPFO’s Central Board of Trustees (CBT), scheduled to be held on November 19, 2026, in Gir, Gujarat.
