PURPOSE IS THE PATH: LIVING, BUILDING AND LEADING BEYOND THE JOB OR TITLE

On October 22, 2026, Dr. Vicki L. Otaruyina, The Elevation Coach and Founder and CEO of Divine Purpose Coaching, had the honour of serving as the opening speaker at the International 8 Figure Work Optionality Summit in Lusaka, Zambia. Joining virtually from Barbados, she opened the summit's speaking programme with a timely message on purpose, work optionality, leadership, and creating meaningful impact beyond a job title. In this presentation, Dr. Vicki shares her S.O.A.R. Blueprint, a practical framework for moving from self discovery to intentional action and greater impact. In this presentation, you will explore: • Self Discovery: Recognising your gifts, skills, experience, and value beyond your current role. • Overcoming: Addressing the barriers that may be limiting your next steps. • Alignment: Making intentional decisions that reflect your purpose, values, and vision. • Reach: Identifying the people you are equipped to serve and expanding your contribution across industries and geographical borders. Whether you are an executive, entrepreneur, professional, business owner, or emerging leader, this message will challenge you to think differently about your potential and the opportunities available to you. Work optionality creates possibilities. Purpose provides direction. “Your title is a role. Your work is a vehicle. Your options are possibilities. Purpose is the path.” ABOUT THE SPEAKER Dr. Vicki L.
