DAY 3 IN NEW YORK CITY — THE ONE WITH BAGELS, BULLS & BROADWAY MAGIC. #nyc #nyctravelguide

Thanks for joining us on another epic day in New York City. Today had EVERYTHING — bagels, boats, bulls, Broadway, history, emotions, and cheesecake (because of course). Welcome back to our family’s NYC adventure! If you love travel vlogs packed with food, history, iconic landmarks, chaotic family energy, and the occasional questionable photo opportunity… this episode is going to be your favorite yet. Today was a rollercoaster of bagels, boats, bronze balls, Broadway, and big emotions — the full New York experience. Breakfast on Wall Street — Liberty Bagels Heaven We kicked off the day by hopping on the Subway (yes, we survived it) and heading straight to Liberty Bagels on Wall Street. The bagel selection? Outrageous. Beautiful. Emotional. Honestly, we could have cried. Cream cheese options that looked like they were painted by Michelangelo. Bagels fluffier than our dog Pepper. Breakfast bliss. The Wall Street Bull… and Yes, Those Balls. Of course, we had to visit the iconic Charging Bull — and yes, we touched the famous bronze balls. Why? Because apparently, it’s good luck, good fortune, and good content. Also, because we’re children at heart. Statue of Liberty & Ellis Island — History That Hits Different Next up: a boat trip across the harbour to Lady Liberty herself. Seeing her up close is one of those moments that makes you stop, breathe, and remember why travel matters. Then Ellis Island — the gateway for over 12 million immigrants. Walking through the halls where families once stood with hope, fear, and dreams was powerful, humbling, and unforgettable. It’s history you feel. Lunch Round 2 at Liberty Bagels Because one visit wasn’t enough. We returned for a Caesar salad wrap stuffed to the brim and a pastrami & American cheese bagel that honestly deserves its own award. New York food never misses. Wall Street, City Hall & Washington Statue We wandered through the financial district, stopping at the George Washington statue outside Federal Hall — the exact spot where Washington took the oath as the first U.S. President. History literally on the doorstep. St. Paul’s Chapel & Alexander Hamilton’s Resting Place A bucket‑list moment for Ella: visiting Alexander Hamilton’s grave. St. Paul’s Chapel is peaceful, beautiful, and steeped in Revolutionary history. Hamilton fans… this one hits hard. Twin Towers 9/11 Memorial — A Quiet, Emotional Pause We spent time at the 9/11 Memorial, reflecting on the lives lost and the impact felt around the world. It’s a place that silences you. A moment of sadness, respect, and remembrance. Dinner at Junior’s — Portions That Could Feed a Small Village Back to the hotel for a quick freshen‑up, then straight to Junior’s near Times Square. Epic portions. Epic flavours. Epic family food chaos. Broadway: Harry Potter & The Cursed Child The grand finale: our sensational Broadway night! The show was magical, mind‑blowing, and everything we hoped for. Ella was buzzing, and we were buzzing. New York theatre is simply unmatched. Now its time to finish the evening; Cheesecake at Junior’s — Because We Don’t Quit Even though we were exhausted, we had to finish the night with Junior’s legendary cheesecake.
