Emotional Turmoil From Having a Spinal Deformity

In this video I share my experience about living with the emotional turmoil that comes from having a spinal deformity. I open up about the mental struggles I have dealt with from long before I was diagnosed as well as years later. Over 10 years ago I was diagnosed with a spinal deformity known as Scheuermann's kyphosis, so I know how challenging it can be (both mentally and physically) to handle. About this series: After seeing the lack of personal experiences, regarding this disease, on YouTube, I decided to start a series about my experience. Throughout this series I'll be sharing my experiences with Scheuermann's disease, as well as my experience with getting a long spinal fusion to correct my spine.
