“On the Way to Church” is a worship song about what happens when we come before God just as we are. Some people walk into church with joy. May those who have received forgiveness learn to forgive. May those who have received love become the first to reach out to others. Whether we came with joy or with tears, God meets us in His presence. We came on the way to church to meet the Lord, but on the way home, we leave carrying His heart.
