VW ID.3 / ID.4 / ID.5 – Dynamic Cornering Light Repair (C11F413 / C133EF0)

Fault codes: C11F413 / C133EF0 Volkswagen ID.3, ID.4 and ID.5 – IQ.Light – Dynamic Cornering Light On Volkswagen ID.3, ID.4 and ID.5 models equipped with IQ.Light, we regularly see faults affecting the dynamic cornering light. The normal repair strategy is often to replace the complete headlamp. The headlamp itself costs approximately DKK 16,931 including VAT, and the total workshop bill typically ends up at around DKK 21,000 per headlamp when labour, removal and refitting of the bumper, calibration of the radar and surround-view camera, and subsequent calibration of the headlamp using dedicated Matrix calibration equipment are included. In this video, we take you through a real diagnostic case where an experienced technician decided to investigate the problem further instead of simply replacing the headlamp. The investigation subsequently led to a technical analysis at Elektro Partner, where we documented the actual root cause, identified the correct repair wires and developed a complete technical bulletin for DDTSB.
