For example, their self check-in kiosks were easy to navigate and check in with and looked quite polished overall. The same can be said for their custom bag drop system which was also made quite nicely. Furthermore, their boarding pass UI and their tool images were also great to see. Additionally, I also liked their announcement audios onboard and their ATC communications. However, I didn't enjoy how the game seemed quite laggy. Ajaccio, while having good tech, could use some more detailing in general (textures, plants, etc.) Airport: 4/6 I found Ajaccio to be quite nice considering the custom check in and custom bag drop technologies. Both Ajaccio and Palma de Mallorca also had detailed tarmacs/aprons as well as accurate terminals to their real life counterparts. I do think that Ajaccio could benefit from more stores and more plants/details, though. Seat: 3/6 Not that much to say in this category. The seat model was quite detailed, featuring even an electric outlet for electronic devices which I don't see a lot in other airlines. I would like the tray table to function, though, as it did not on this flight. IFE: 0/6 Unfortunately, during this flight, there was no IFE system such as Personal Device Entertainment, an in-flight magazine, or a seat-back entertainment screen. Food: 4/6 I do think that it was quite unfortunate how I only was able to receive a total of 3 items, and how I was served an incorrect item, but the items that I did receive were quite alright. There was also a decent amount of beverage options. Service: 4/6 Tropic Jet's service was quite good, other than the fact that it wasn't the fastest and I didn't receive the order I initially requested. On the contrary, though, Tropic Jet's staff members were kind and seemed willing to help passengers. TOTAL SCORE: 24/40 Tropic Jet receives a score of 24 points out of a total possible score of 40 points. Tropic Jet excelled in the technology area, with custom tech that I found to be both unique, easy to use, and overall just really nice to see! However, some other things could be improved, such as the lag issue in game and some more detailing work in Ajaccio, among others found in this review.
