I enjoy using their custom self check-in kiosk which was realistic compared to other real-life systems. Their custom ticket UI was also quite accurate to what other airlines' use in real life. On the contrary, though, I would like to point out a bit of unprofessionalism from the staff members. The staff members aboard the flight were joking around via the announcement system which I did not find very pleasing. Airport: 4/6 I found Ajaccio to be quite nice considering the custom check in and custom bag drop technologies. Both Ajaccio and Palma de Mallorca also had detailed tarmacs/aprons as well as accurate terminals to their real life counterparts. I do think that Ajaccio could benefit from more stores than just the Corsica Duty Free. Seat: 3/6 Not that much to say in this category. The seat model was quite detailed, featuring even an electric outlet for electronic devices which I don't see a lot in other airlines. I would like the tray table to function, though, as it did not on this flight. IFE: 6/6 TropicJet's IFE system was probably the highlight. It featured detailed and accurate flight information, had tons of different games available to play, and also featured a lot of unique camera angles, including planespotting views which I found enjoyable to use during our arrival into Palma de Mallorca. Food: 2/6 The food was a bit of a let down on this flight. The duty-free store in Ajaccio only gave me 3 food options, and I was only able to select from a limited menu aboard the aircraft. I was also only served 1 food and 1 beverage item aboard the aircraft. Service: 3.5/6 The service aboard the flight was mediocre. I was only served 2 items in total and the crew members were asking me quite a bit about whether I was enjoying the flight or not. Furthermore, the unprofessionalism with the announcement system reflects in this category. TOTAL SCORE: 25.5/40 TropicJet has improved by 1.5 points since their last flight review on August 8th, 2026. TropicJet's Tablet IFE system is fantastic, and I do think other airlines should take note of their various camera angles.
