NO LIMITS | TURBO ROTAX MTOsport | AUTOGYRO SOUTH AFRICA

Pilot David Hainsworth, who has clocked over 1000 hours in his aircraft, takes me for a flight in his Rotax Autogyro MTOsport. This is an important flight as he was granted a permit to fly his gyrocopter post-lockdown for a maintenance flight. This was an incredible day to fly, as David mentions "Conditions were not good. They were perfect.'' The gyrocopter performed beautifully in the crisp South African air. We visit numerous airfields in the greater Johannesburg area and do low-level runway inspections of them.
