Build stronger, bigger and more defined arms with this complete Biceps, Triceps & Forearms workout. This session covers key movements for triceps thickness, biceps peak, overall arm development and stronger forearms. 💪 TRICEPS 1. Close Grip Bench Press A powerful compound movement for building overall triceps strength and mass. ✅ Primary Muscle: Triceps — especially the lateral and medial heads ✅ Secondary Muscles: Chest, Front Deltoids ✅ Benefit: Improves pressing strength and overall triceps thickness 2. Dumbbell Overhead Triceps Extension An effective exercise performed with the arms overhead, placing strong emphasis on the long head of the triceps. ✅ Primary Muscle: Triceps Long Head ✅ Secondary Muscles: Triceps overall ✅ Benefit: Helps develop triceps size and fullness 3.
