In Episode 16 of Last Bear Standing, we kick things off with a return trip to our old Burnt Forest base to gather the materials needed for one of our biggest crafting upgrades yet. 🔥 The Crucible. With a new base build on the horizon, we're going to need upgraded tools—and that means we need a LOT of steel. ⛏️ Crucible crafting 🔥 Steel production 🔨 Tool upgrades incoming Once the Crucible hits the workbench, we've got some time to kill. So naturally...We go looking for trouble. 🗺️ Buried treasure hunt 🏢 Installation Blue Ridge 📦 Some questionable loot acquisition We track down a buried treasure before making a risky stop at Installation Blue Ridge, where we manage to cheese our way into the final loot without taking on the entire facility. Work smarter, not harder. Back at Jericho Ranch, the Crucible is finished and our forge can finally start pumping out the steel we'll need for the next stage of progression. But we're not finished yet. Trader Bob sends us somewhere very familiar: 🎯 Close Encounters Gun Range And this time, we're taking full advantage of it. ♻️ Double loot 🔫 Weapons everywhere 🛠️ Major tool upgrades We clear and loot the location before resetting it for the trader job, giving us two shots at everything inside. And the gamble pays off BIG.
